Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By enrolling in a class or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Classes are open to adults and teens 14+ with guardian consent. You are responsible for ensuring you can safely participate in studio activities.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to manage enrollments. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Taxes may apply. We use third-party processors; by paying, you agree to their terms.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start. Within 7 days, credit may be issued if we can fill your seat. After the first session, partial credit may be considered at our discretion.
6. Schedule and changes
We may adjust schedules, instructors, or formats to maintain quality. In rare cases of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
7. Studio rules
- Follow safety instructions and maintain a clean workstation.
- Respect quiet working norms and classmates’ focus.
- Use equipment only as demonstrated by instructors.
8. Intellectual property
Course materials, demo recordings, and site content are owned by Grand Harbor Clay Studio or licensors. You may not redistribute them without permission.
9. Disclaimer
We provide classes “as is.” We do not guarantee specific creative outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the relevant class.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the studio, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting with a new effective date.
